Really bad customer service. After calling them and asking them to put apart tiles for our kitchen, the next day we go and 'they have them to someone else' and asked us to wait 3 weeks. Definitely not the place you should be buying if you want serious people.

You will find more than expected. Beautiful and unique tiles. Excellent service. Tell them your renovation needs and budget and they guide you to find the perfect solution. Happy projects to everybody.

Great experience with Italbec. Fourth time doing a kitchen project, first time using Italbec, was by far the best and most efficient experience ordering a counter. Good selection, fair pricing, no hidden costs and exceptional service (worked with Silvana). The counter was delivered before expected and perfectly installed without any issues. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately I bought tile from Italbec recently. I drove in from Ottawa. I was offered a discontinued tile that was reduced because their supplier was no longer producing the tile, or at least that's what I was told. Upon beginning the work my contractor noticed that half of the tiles in the box were 1-2mm bigger or smaller. After contacting Dominique, the salesperson who sold them to us. She sent a long email outlining that we were sold low quality tiles that require a larger grout width and its mainly catered towards clients on a budget. This was not said to us at time of purchase, we would have never bought the tile had we known about the different sizes, its clear to us that they knew about the manufacturing defect but chose not to disclose it. I wouldn't buy anything from this place. Its poorly run and managed and terrible after sale customer service. ***BUYER BEWARE***
